JELET (Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry) 2021 is a state level examination conducted by WBJEEB (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board),  admission to 2nd year (3rd semester) in a 4th year degree course in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy under lateral entry scheme. 

JELET 2021 Eligibility

Before applying for JELET 2021 Exam, all candidates must be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the WBJEEB. All the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria set by WBJEEB to apply for the application form.

Here are the Eligibility Criteria of JELET 2021 which is given as follow:

• There is no age limit for Diploma holders in Engineering/Pharmacy/Technology

. Academic Qualification

• Candidates holding a diploma in engineering/pharmacy/technology and wish to apply for degree courses through JELET must have achieved 45% marks from any polytechnic institute/Pharmacy institute Approved by AICTE.
• Candidates holding B.Sc. degree, who wish to seek admissions into Engineering/Technology courses, must have pass B.Sc. degree with 45% marks from UGC recognised University. Also, candidates must have passed Class XII with mathematics as a subject.

JEXPO 2021 is a qualifying joint entrance exam for admission to Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering offered by Government Institutions and Private Institutions in State West Bengal.

• JEXPO 2021 Eligibility

The basis of Eligibility is Academic Qualification, Age Limit, Residential Status of the candidates. Eligibility for JEXPO 2021 differs as per the Category of the Candidates. The requirement is as follows:

Academic Qualification

• Candidate must have passed class 10th with English, Physical Science and Mathematics as a compulsory subject from any recognized Board for Secondary Education
• Minimum marks should be 35 % in aggregate

Nationality/Domicile

• Candidate must be Indian National   

Age Limit

• Candidate must be born before July 1, 2003.
• No upper limit age is defined
